With over two decades of experience in the electric and gas utility industry, including leadership roles at one of Detroit’s top energy companies, I bring a wealth of knowledge in safety, infrastructure, and system operations. This deep background allows me to offer a meticulous, detail-driven approach to home inspections. My passion for construction and home safety fuels my commitment to delivering thorough, accurate assessments with clear, transparent communication. Sergio Ramirez is the Client Relationship Manager at Motown Home Inspections, serving as the key point of contact for clients throughout the inspection process. A Downriver resident for over 25 years, he’s deeply connected to the community he serves. Married for 12 years with two children, Sergio values family above all else. His passion for quality inspections stems from personal experience—his first home purchase was impacted by a poor inspection that caused years of stress and financial strain. That experience drives his commitment to ensuring others don’t face the same. With clear communication and a client-first mindset, Sergio helps make every inspection experience smooth, honest, and dependable.
